Before Hearten House I was lost. Using everyday, running from warrants and in a really abusive relationship. When I was arrested I had decided I had had enough and I applied to Hearten House and several halfway houses.

The Hearten House acceptance letter was the only one to make it to court. Hearten House helped me build a relationship with God, they taught me that I was worthy and helped build my self confidence that I had been lacking in life. I now have a full time job, my own apartment, my daughter back full time and visitation with my son's. Hearten House helped me to completely rebuild my life and I no longer feel broken and hopeless. I now know that my life has a purpose.
